If you are Anime Archivesoverwhelmed with 2000s nostalgia and can't wait for the re-release of the most indestructible phone ever, the Nokia 3310, we have good news for you — the phone will be here a lot sooner than you think.
SEE ALSO: There's a Nokia 3310 with a gold Putin face on it waiting for youFinnish startup HMD Global, which now develops the beloved (and reborn) phone, announced that the 3310 will be available in the UK starting on May 24 for £49.99, reports Tech Radar.
The new 3310 is a smaller, lighter, reimagined version of its legendary predecessor, with a 2.4-inch polarized color screen, a very basic 2-megapixel rear camera, 16 MB storage (plus a MicroSD card slot with support up to 32 GB), and LED flash around the back.
It will be available in four colors — Warm Red and Yellow, both with a gloss finish, and Dark Blue and Grey, both in a matte finish. The battery, which offers 22 hours of talk time off a single charge, will last up to 31 days in stand by.
And of course, it will feature classic Snake, because it wouldn't be a Nokia 3310 without it.
Those in the Netherlands and Belgium will get their hands on the phone on June 5 while Germans will be able to enjoy from May 26 at the price of €59.99.
As of right now, we don't know when the phone will get a wider release, but for the sake of our nostalgia, we hope it's soon.
