It's always fun to buy a new pair of earbuds. Whether you're trying Apple's AirPods or Samsung's Galaxy Buds line or something else entirely, they're cool audio tech to experiment with. One option you may not have tried yet, however, are the Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds. They're more than worth trying out, especially if you can get them in fun alternative colors than their usual boring black. Well, you can! And you can get them on sale, too.

As of Dec. 15, you can get the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds - Holiday Limited Edition for just $379 at Bose. That's $70 off their normal price of $449, and a discount of 20%. These buds come in Gold or Silver colorways, hence the holiday edition, with both options going for the same price.

Mashable contributor Timothy Beck Werth praised these Bode buds in his review, calling them "impressive in every way" with "extremely minor" flaws. They serve up immerseive 3D audio with "excellent" noise cancelation and fit securely in your ears. They boast a lengthy battery life and seamless connectivity, with in-app controls you can use when synced to your phone.

What's different about these buds, though? What makes them unique to the holiday season? Not much, but these colorways are limited edition, and final sale, so if you want flashy baubles on your ears as well as excellent sound, you'll want to act quickly. They'll also arrive before Christmas, so if you go ahead and lock in yours, you can give them as a gift this year.
