I was strictly using a hand mixer up until last month when I acquired my grandma's old KitchenAid stand mixer. So far, I've only made a batch of pumpkin bread in it, but I can already tell you I'm not going back to manual mixing. You could cheap out and opt for a more budget-friendly brand, but I've tried non-KitchenAid stand mixers and this is one area I'll tell you is worth the splurge. There are tons of fun colors to choose from, and I've got my eye on the lavender cream one if I ever need to upgrade.

I personally use the Hamilton Beach mixer with the easy-clean beaters, but if you want a professional-grade hand mixer, this Prime Day deal is a good one to snag. I know I justsaid I'm not going back to manual mixing, but a hand mixer really is an invaluable tool to have in your kitchen. It's much cheaper than a KitchenAid stand mixer and is super versatile to aid in making cookie dough, cake batter, whipped cream, mashed potatoes, or even shredding chicken.
