Louis Vuitton's bags usually cause a stir when new designs are Historical Archivesreleased, but its latest collection is not going down in quite the same way.
Makers, the luxury maker's new collection in collaboration with American artist Jeff Koons, features iconic works by Old Masters Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent Van Gogh, and Titian, among others.

Of course, LV has some die-hard fans.
Prices for the Masters collection start at $585 to around $4,000, and is set to launch on April 28.
According to Koons, who is known for working with pop culture subjects, the bags are a "celebration of humanity."
"I would hope that when somebody walks down the street with this that what they're doing is, they are really celebrating humanity," he says in an Instagram video.
"I believe that these bags are art."
