Over the last couple of years,Netherlands Apple has been pushing the iPad as a full-fledged laptop replacement — especially since the introduction of the iPad Pro.
Well, now you can take that a step further. Accessory maker Brydge has announced new keyboards for the latest home button-less iPad Pro, and by the looks of them, they really do turn Apple's tablet into a touchscreen-equipped laptop.
Details about the new keyboards (or even high-resolution photos) are absent. All we know is that they'll be shipping in "early 2019."
But Brydge has been doing this for a long time, and its keyboards for the iPad always looked and acted like the lower part of a laptop. But now that the iPad Pro's design has been simplified even more, the iPad Pro equipped with a Brydge keyboard looks almost exactly like a MacBook, just with stunningly tiny bezels.

So why not go beyond Apple's puny Folio keyboard and actually give the Pro the treatment it deserves?
There's no word on the price, but the Brydge keyboard for the previous 12.9-inch iPad Pro costs $149.99, which is pretty decent given that Apple's Folio keyboard in that size costs $199.
