Ex-White House photographer Pete Souza is Belgiumthe gift that keeps on giving — he consistently posts amazing photos of the Obamas on Instagram while mixing in subtle Donald Trump shade.
Now, Souza's giving fans something else to look forward to: former president Barack Obama will write the foreword for his book, Obama: An Intimate Portrait: The Historic Presidency in Photographs, The Hillreported.

The book is set to be released in November, and it will feature hundreds of photos of the Obama family during their time in the White House, according to The New York Times.
“There are pictures that certainly show him stressing in the Situation Room over major decisions,” Souza told The Times,“but also pictures of him interacting in fun moments with his girls.”

Souza has a massive following on Instagram, where he regularly posts archived photos of the Obama White House. He's also become an internet hit for trolling the Trump administration through photos.
Just last week, he trolled Trump with a photo featuring Obama and former Transportation Secretary Roy LaHood and somebody else at "the door by the grandfather clock."
It was a reference to former FBI Director James Comey's written testimony in which he wrote "When the door by the grandfather clock closed, and we were alone, the President began by saying, 'I want to talk about Mike Flynn.' Flynn had resigned the previous day."

He also played on Trump's recent meeting with Pope Francis. Photos of the visit in which the Pope looked a little glum circulated online, and Souza got in on it by posting a photo of Obama with the Pope in 2016.
"Mutual admiration, 2016" he wrote.
We don't yet know if we'll get some patented Souza sassiness in the book. But his photos paired with an Obama foreword is still prettyexciting.
