September is USAalmost here, and with it comes a bunch of new content that will be streaming soon on Hulu.
Pen15fans, rejoice! If you've been waiting to get back to those cringey middle school years, you'll be glad to know Season 2 is finally here. If you're instead looking for a new show to add to the rotation, look no further than Woke,a comedy starring New Girl alum Lamorne Morris.
Hulu's hottest movie premieres include Babyteeth,an Australian coming-of-age comedy that tells the story of a sick teenager (Eliza Scanlen) who falls hard for a drug dealer despite her parents' reservations; The Fight, a documentary that focuses on the legal war between the American Civil Liberties Union and the Trump administration; and Judy, a 2019 biographical drama recounting the life of famed singer and actress Judy Garland, for which Renée Zellweger won an Oscar.

Inspired by the life of Keith Knight,Wokecatches up with Black cartoonist Keef as he lingers on the brink of success. However, after getting mixed up in a bad situation with the police, his world starts to look a little different — and the inanimate objects around him start coming to life.
It's great to see Lamorne Morris move on from supporting-character status and step into the spotlight. And if the series is anything like the trailer, it's bound to be packed with snappy surreal humor, fun characters, and timely social commentary. The quirky vibes have us ready for more.
